1. Service Provider

This Agreement is entered into between:

and the subscribing business entity (the “Client”).

Magefront is the commercial name of the subscription-based service operated by Jarosław Karnas.

2. B2B Nature of Services

The Services are offered exclusively to business entities acting within the scope of their professional business activity.

The Services are not available to:

• consumers within the meaning of Article 22(1) of the Polish Civil Code;
• natural persons conducting business activity who enter into an agreement that does not have a professional character for them (Article 385(5) of the Polish Civil Code).
